Refund policy

Ebooks

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

To submit a request for a refund of an ebook, please send an email message to hello@alexfox.shop, and include the following:

1. Your purchase receipt
2. The reason for your refund request
If you are requesting a refund due to difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please include in your refund request a copy of the email correspondence with our support department at BookFunnel (help@bookfunnel.com). Refunds will not be processed without this information.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks are print-to-order and are not eligible for returns unless the product arrives damaged. Please take detailed photos/video of the damaged product and mailer documenting the issue and email us at hello@alexfox.shop

We'll see to it that the situation is handled promptly. 

Merchandise

Our policy lasts 14 days after date of delivery for physical products and applies to the cost of the product only (excluding shipping). If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To submit a request for a refund of an eBook, please send an email message to hello@alexfox.shop, and include the following:

1. Your purchase receipt
2. The reason for your refund request + current photos of the product
3. Receive a partial refund (less the original shipping cost)

Refunds will not be processed without this information.

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: It is normal for refunds to take 4-6 weeks to post depending on the carrier or the bank. Once we release your funds, we have no control over when your bank will accept and post the money to your account.
