Our books are printed and shipped from the UK or US. Books are typically printed and shipped within 3-5 days of order receipt.

Shipping times vary based on the carrier you selected and which geography the book is shipping.

You will have carrier & tracking information available in your email along with your order information.

NOTE: Allow extra time for shipping & handling during major holidays like Christmas.

If your tracking information is inconclusive or you're having any other delivery issues, please email bookvault@bookvault.app with your order information.

eBooks are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Please email us with a copy of your order and your request.

Paperbacks are printed-to-order for sustainability reasons and are therefore non-refundable. We do not carry stock or inventory of paperbacks. They cannot be returned.

If your book arrives damaged, please email bookvault@bookvault.app with your order information and photos of the damaged book within 3 days of arrival for assistance.
